Delivery Policy

All products sold on houseplans.in are digital downloads. There is no physical delivery, no courier, and no waiting. Your house plan PDF is delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

1. How Delivery Works

Complete Payment

Pay via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking through our secure payment gateway.

Payment Confirmed

Our system receives payment confirmation from the gateway (typically within 10–30 seconds).

Email Dispatched

A delivery email is sent to your registered email address containing a secure, time-limited download link. SLA: within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

Download Your Plan

Click the link in the email to download your PDF house plan. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows up to 3 downloads. Save the file to your device immediately.

In rare cases, email delivery may be delayed by your email provider's spam filter or server load. Check your Spam / Junk folder if the email does not appear within 10 minutes.

3. No Physical Delivery

We do not ship physical prints, CDs, or any tangible goods.

All products are PDF files delivered electronically. If you need a physical print, you may print the downloaded PDF yourself at a local print shop. Standard A1 or A0 prints are recommended for architectural drawings.

There is no shipping address required, no courier tracking number, and no wait for physical delivery. Your plan is available for download the moment payment is confirmed — day or night, including weekends and public holidays.

4. If You Don't Receive Your Email

If your delivery email does not arrive within 30 minutes of payment, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your Spam / Junk folder. Emails from automated delivery systems are sometimes flagged by Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail.
  2. Verify your email address. Make sure the email address you provided at checkout is correct and accessible.
  3. Contact us at [support@houseplans.in] with subject: Delivery Issue — [Order ID]. Include your payment receipt or UPI transaction reference.

We will investigate and re-send your download link within 2 hours of receiving your support request (during business hours: 9 AM – 9 PM IST). After business hours, we respond the next morning.

If we cannot resolve a genuine technical delivery failure within 48 hours, we will process a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Download Link Expiry & Re-issue

Download links are valid for 72 hours from the time of issue. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised sharing of purchased plans.

If your link has expired and you have not yet successfully downloaded the file, contact us at [support@houseplans.in] with your order details. We will issue a fresh link at no charge, provided:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not previously downloaded the file (as confirmed by our server logs).

After 30 days, re-issue of links is at our discretion. We recommend saving downloaded PDFs to cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive) immediately after download to avoid loss.
